Welcome to Shri Educare’s Online Onboarding Program . The main purpose of any Onboarding is to integrate the new employees into the organization and make them understand the systems and procedures followed by it. An Onboarding training of this kind helps the employees to settle down quickly in the new work environment and gives them a sense of belongingness. We welcome you to Shri Educare Limited. Wishing you success and a progressive stay at SEL.  

This online induction program has in 5 modules with total of around 60 lessons . The first module talks about the organization, its mission and values. The legacy of SRF and The Shri Ram Schools. 

The second module talks about the way we are structured and gives an introduction to the various teams and processes within SEL.

The third module builds an understanding of how we work and various terminologies that we use in SEL. 

The fourth module introduces SEL schools and the core team who are involved in the project. It gives an overview of both play and full schools. It also introduces to the Senior management of the school. 

The fifth and last module gives an overview of the important policies and systems of the organization. It outlines the joining procedure and what all things are required from your end to quickly become a part of the organization.
