Welcome to the Induction Program at TSUS, Palava. 

The sole objective of this onboarding program is to get the new employees acquainted with their role, their team and the organization. It is the first stage in beginning the employee journey at a new company. Through this process, we aim at familiarizing the new employees with the organizational culture & values, and to align mutual expectations and develop a relationship with colleagues.

This online induction program has 6 modules with a total of around 45 lessons.

The first module will take you through the legacy of The Shri Ram School. Also, the Shri Philosophy and the Shri Differentiators, and the core values are discussed.

In the second module, you will understand the hierarchical pattern of the organization, and then the various teams in the non-teaching segment at TSUS are introduced.

The third module gives a quick view of the pedagogy & teaching strategies followed. Special emphasis is given to explain about our unique program called SAP.

The fourth module is very special as it takes you through the awards & recognitions which has made us feel very proud about. We also have some happy feedback prima facie experienced by students, parents and our staff.

The fifth module explains in a nutshell about the various joining processes and systems at TSUS.

The sixth module speaks about the importance of training in a teacher’s life which is important for their professional development as well to develop effective class management skills.
