Welcome to  The Kalyani School’s Online Onboarding Program .

The main purpose of any Onboarding is to integrate the new employees into the organization and make them understand the systems and procedures followed by it. An Onboarding training of this kind helps the employees to settle down quickly in the new work environment and gives them a sense of belongingness. We welcome you to The Kalyani School. Wishing you success and a progressive stay at TKS.  

This online induction program has 5 modules with a total of around  45 lessons . The first module talks about the organization, its philosophy, vision, mission and core values. You will also learn about the promoters, their thoughts and legacy.

The second module talks about the way we are structured and gives an introduction to the various teams and processes within TKS.

The third module builds an understanding of our collaborators, Affiliations, pedagogy and the teaching methodologies that we follow. It will take you through the various sections of the School.

The fourth module will acquaint you with the feathers that have been added to the TKS hat in a short duration and the reason behind the success of the school. 

The fifth and last module gives an overview of the important policies and systems of the organization. It outlines the joining procedure and all the things that are required from your end.
